You are entitled to cancel any service or other purchase from this site within 14 business days from the day of the purchase.
If the service or purchase is canceled all payments will be returned excluding the cancelation fee that is limited to the less of the following: 5% or 30 USD or 100 NIS (whichever is lowest).
The cancelation policy will be subject to the guidelines set forth in the legal publication of the state of Israel, “Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation), 5741 -2010 and Consumer Protection Act, 1981.” (In Hebrew: “ביטול עסקה בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה), התשע”א-2010 וחוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ”א 1981”)
